WHAT IS BEYOND EMEA 2026?

Beyond EMEA 2026 is the channel’s favourite partner event. Over three days of groundbreaking sessions with leading industry speakers, MSPs and vendors, you’ll master cybersecurity, learn how to grow your business and elevate your technical capabilities with sessions specifically dedicated to AI, innovation and agentic enablement.

WHERE AND WHEN IS PAX8 EMEA 2026 BEING HELD?

Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2026 will take place at the Bella Center in Copenhagen from 18 to 20 October 2026.

Transportation

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY OWN TRAVEL?

Yes. You will be responsible for booking your own travel to and from Copenhagen.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

If you are travelling to Beyond EMEA by air, please fly into Copenhagen Airport.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST TRAIN STATION?

If you are travelling from outside of the city, please travel to Bella Center metro station.

Will transportation to and from the airport be provided?

No. Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided by Pax8. Bella Center Copenhagen is a 10-minute taxi ride from Copenhagen Airport (estimated price: DKK 150–200).

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND WHEN SHOULD I DEPART?

Please plan to arrive midday Sunday 18 October as we will have a welcome reception in the evening. Please plan to depart on Wednesday morning 21 October as we have a closing celebration on Tuesday 20 October.

ACCOMMODATION

Will you offer disCounted aCCommodation for Beyond EMEA 2026?

We will launch the Beyond EMEA Discounted Hotel Block at AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen. The discounted booking link will be sent to all registrants in their confirmation email in spring 2026.

DO WE HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL?

You do not have to stay at AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen to attend Beyond EMEA 2026.

What is the proCess for booking my hotel?

You will receive a link to book your hotel accommodation in spring 2026. Please make sure to register promptly so accommodation arrangements can be made as early as possible.

How muCh does the event tiCket Cost? Are early bird disCounts available?

Early-bird pricing is available for €199 until 31 March. Regular pricing is €399.

What’s inCluded in the Beyond EMEA 2026 event pass?

Access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, panels and booth exhibitions, as well as access to the social events, breakfast and lunch.

WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED?

Breakfast and lunch are included on 19 and 20 October. We will have receptions with drinks and appetizers on Sunday 18 October and Monday 19 October, followed by a closing party on Tuesday 20 October with drinks and appetizers.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

All conference meals will be served in buffet style and will include vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary requirements, please let us know during the registration process, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES FROM THE SAME COMPANY?

No. We are not offering discounts for groups of attendees coming from the same company.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

• Yes! You can purchase a Guest Pass, which will provide access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Closing Party for €99.

• Breakout sessions and Keynotes are only available for partner registrants.

• Please note: Pax8 Beyond is an age 18+ event.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GUEST PASS?

When you register, you will have the option to purchase a Guest Pass before checkout. If you have already registered, you will be able to go to this link and click “Already Registered.” From there you will be able to modify your registration to add and pay for a guest pass.

Please note: Pax8 Beyond is an 18+ event.

IS THERE A MOBILE APP FOR THE EVENT?

Yes. You will be able to explore the agenda, view all event details and connect with fellow attendees around one month before the event.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, the Bella Center is disability compliant.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Conference attire is business casual. We do recommend bringing a jumper or light jacket with you as conference rooms can get cold at times.

IS THERE A CODE OF CONDUCT?

Yes. Event participants — whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors or sponsors — shall always conduct themselves with professionalism and civility and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all.
