BASIC INFORMATION

Beyond 2025 is the channel’s new favorite partner event. Master cybersecurity, learn how to grow your business, and elevate your capabilities over three days of groundbreaking sessions with leading industry speakers, MSPs, and vendors. Pax8 Beyond 2025 will take place at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Denver, Colorado on June 8-10, 2025.

Transportation

Yes. You will be responsible for booking your own airfare.
Denver International Airport (DEN). From there, the hotel is eight miles and approx. 15 minutes away.
The Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center does not provide transportation to or from the airport.
  • Taxis, Uber, Lyft, or public transportation are all available from the airport

  • Uber, Lyft and Taxi services are available on the 4th floor (Terminal East or West)

  • If you choose private transportation, one-way costs vary between $20 and $30, with taxis being the most expensive option.

  • To take public transportation, board the A-Line Commuter Train at the Denver Airport Station on level one and disembark at the 61st and Peña stop. The Gaylord Rockies offers complimentary shuttle service to and from this station approximately every 30 minutes. Hours of operation are subject to change, so please contact the resort to confirm this service.
  • Self-parking is offered at the resort and convention center.

  • Valet parking is also available.

ACCOMMODATION

  • Hotel accommodations are available under a group block for Beyond 2025 attendees. You must first register to access the room block.

    • Note: The cutoff to book a hotel room is May 7th, 2025. The hotel will sell out, so please do not wait until the last minute to book rooms.

  • The price per night starts at $261 not including taxes or fees.

You must be registered for Beyond 2024 to access the room block at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, otherwise, the hotel rooms will show as unavailable.

If you need to make changes to or cancel your hotel reservation, please click here and login, then click ‘Edit’ on your existing booking request, or contact the hotel’s reservation department directly. Room reservations must be canceled three days before arrival to avoid being charged for one-night deposit.

EVENT DETAILS

Pax8 Beyond will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

Early bird pricing of $299 ends April 30. Regular price is $499.

Access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, panels, and booth exhibitions, as well as access to the social events, breakfast, and lunch.

  • Sunday, June 9 and Tuesday, June 10 receptions

All conference meals will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

No. We are not offering discounts for groups of attendees coming from the same company.

  • Yes! You can purchase a Guest Pass, which will provide access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Closing Party for $199.

  • Breakout sessions and Keynotes are only available for partner registrants.

  • Please note: Pax8 Beyond is an age 21+ event.

When you register, you will be given the option to purchase Guest Pass before checkout. If you have already registered, you will need to wait until the Attendee Hub is live closer to the event. At that time, you’ll be able to log into your account through the Hub and purchase a Guest Pass.

  • Conference attire is business casual. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get cold at times.

  • The Tuesday Evening Closing Party will be outside — feel free to come casual.
  • Yes. Event participants—whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, or sponsors—shall always conduct themselves with professionalism and civility and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all.

  • Pax8 reserves the right to rescind registration or attendance at the event at its discretion for violations of this policy.
