WHAT IS BEYOND EMEA 2026?

Beyond EMEA 2026 is the channel’s new favourite partner event. Over three days of groundbreaking sessions with leading industry speakers, MSPs and vendors, you’ll master cybersecurity, learn how to grow your business and elevate your technical capabilities. Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2026 will take place at the Bella Center in Copenhagen from 18-20 October 2026.

Transportation

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY OWN TRAVEL?

Yes. You will be responsible for booking your own travel to and from Copenhagen.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

Copenhagen airport is just 7 minutes away from the Bella Center by car.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST TRAIN STATION?

The Bella Center underground station on the M1 line brings you directly to the event location.

Will transportation to and from the airport be provided?

Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided by Pax8.

When should I depart?

Book your return flight for the 21st of October so you’ll be able to stay and enjoy the surprise musical guest during the closing celebration.

When should I arrive and when should I depart?

Please plan to arrive mid-day Sunday 18 October as we will have a welcome reception in the evening. Please plan to depart the morning of Wednesday 21 October as we have a closing celebration Tuesday 20 October.

What is the proCess for booking my hotel?

You will be sent a link to book your hotel accommodations after you register. Please make sure to register promptly so all accommodations can be made as early as possible.

WHERE WILL THE EVENT BE HELD?

Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2026 will be held at the Bella Center in Copenhagen.

What language will Beyond EMEA 2026 be hosted in?

Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2026 will be hosted in English.

How muCh does the event tiCket Cost? Are early bird disCounts available?

Early bird pricing is available for €199 until 31st March. Last chance discount pricing for €299 is available until 31st August. Regular pricing is €399.

What’s inCluded in the Beyond EMEA event pass?

Access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, panels and booth exhibitions, as well as access to the social events, breakfast and lunch.

WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED?

Breakfast and lunch are included on 19 and 20 October. We will have receptions with drinks and appetisers on Sunday 18 October and Monday 19 October and a closing party on Tuesday 20 October with drinks and appetisers.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

All conference meals will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES FROM THE SAME COMPANY?

No. We are not offering discounts for groups of attendees coming from the same company.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

• Yes! You can purchase a Guest Pass, which will provide access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Closing Party for €99.

• Breakout sessions and Keynotes are only available for partner registrants.

• Please note: Pax8 Beyond is an age 18+ event.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GUEST PASS?

When you register, you will be given the option to purchase a Guest Pass before checkout. If you have already registered, you will need to wait until the Attendee Hub is live closer to the event. At that time, you’ll be able to log into your account through the Hub and purchase a Guest Pass. Please note: Pax8 Beyond is an age 18+ event.

IS THERE A MOBILE APP FOR THE EVENT?

Yes! You will be able to view all event details, connect with fellow attendees and more, around one month before the event.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, the Bella Center is disability compliant.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Conference attire is business casual. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get cold at times.

IS THERE A CODE OF CONDUCT?

Yes. Event participants — whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors or sponsors — shall always conduct themselves with professionalism and civility and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all.
