WHAT IS BEYOND EMEA 2025?

Beyond EMEA 2025 is the channel’s new favourite partner event. Over three days of groundbreaking sessions with leading industry speakers, MSPs and vendors, you’ll master cybersecurity, learn how to grow your business and elevate your technical capabilities. Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2025 will take place at the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam from 5-7 October 2025.

Transportation

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY OWN TRAVEL?

Yes. You will be responsible for booking your own travel to and from Amsterdam.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

If you are traveling to Beyond EMEA by air, please fly into Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST TRAIN STATION?

If you are traveling in from a far distance, please travel to Amsterdam Centraal train station and then to Amsterdam RAI train station.

Will transportation to and from the airport be provided?

Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided by Pax8. We recommend taking the train from Schiphol airport train station to the Amsterdam RAI train station, it takes just over 10 minutes.

When should I depart?

Book your return flight for Wednesday 8 October so you’ll be able to stay and enjoy the surprise musical guest during the closing celebration on Tuesday night.

ACCOMMODATION

Will you offer disCounted aCCommodation for Beyond EMEA?

We have officially launched the Beyond EMEA Discounted Hotel Block at the nhow Amsterdam RAI Hotel. The discounted booking link will send to all registrants in their confirmation email.

How muCh does a room Cost per night at the nhow Amsterdam RAI?

The rate after assorted taxes and fees is €313.30 per night.

Do we have to stay at the nhow Amsterdam RAI?

You do not have to stay at the nhow Amsterdam RAI to attend Beyond EMEA.

Why does it appear that there are no hotel rooms available for those dates?

We have not opened the discounted hotel room block link yet; we will be opening accommodation end of March 2025. You must be registered for Beyond EMEA 2025 to access the room block when it goes live; otherwise, the hotel rooms will show as unavailable.

When should I arrive and when should I depart?

Please plan to arrive mid-day Sunday 5 October as we will have a welcome reception in the evening. Please plan to depart the morning of Wednesday 8 October as we have a closing celebration Tuesday 7 October.

What is the proCess for booking my hotel?

You will be sent a link to book your hotel accommodations after you register. Please make sure to register promptly so all accommodations can be made as early as possible.

Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2025 will be held at the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam.

How muCh does the event tiCket Cost? Are early bird disCounts available?

Early bird pricing is available for €199 until 31st March. Last chance discount pricing for €299 is available until 31st August. Regular pricing is €399.

What’s inCluded in the Beyond EMEA 2025 event pass?

Access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, panels and booth exhibitions, as well as access to the social events, breakfast and lunch.

WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED?

Breakfast and lunch are included on 6 and 7 October. We will have receptions with drinks and appetisers on Sunday 5 October and Monday 6 October and a closing party on Tuesday 7 October with drinks and appetisers.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

All conference meals will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES FROM THE SAME COMPANY?

No. We are not offering discounts for groups of attendees coming from the same company.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

• Yes! You can purchase a Guest Pass, which will provide access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Closing Party for €99.

• Breakout sessions and Keynotes are only available for partner registrants.

• Please note: Pax8 Beyond is an age 18+ event.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GUEST PASS?

When you register, you will be given the option to purchase a Guest Pass before checkout. If you have already registered, you will need to wait until the Attendee Hub is live closer to the event. At that time, you’ll be able to log into your account through the Hub and purchase a Guest Pass. Please note: Pax8 Beyond is an age 18+ event.

IS THERE A MOBILE APP FOR THE EVENT?

Yes! You will be able to view all event details, connect with fellow attendees and more, around one month before the event.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, the RAI is disability compliant.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Conference attire is business casual. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get cold at times.

IS THERE A CODE OF CONDUCT?

Yes. Event participants — whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors or sponsors — shall always conduct themselves with professionalism and civility and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all.
