DISCOUNT DETAILS

This special discount will ONLY be available:​

• For Vendor products that a Partner has never previously purchased. If an Eligible Partner has purchased products from such vendor previously — even if not purchased through the Pax8 Marketplace — then the Discount Program will not be available.

• During the Discount Period and for no other time periods.

Discount and duration:​

The Discount Program is automatically available to Eligible Pax8 Partners. The discount is available for payments occurring within the following invoice periods: June 7 – June 30, 2026, July 2026, August 2026 and September 2026 (“Discount Period”).

Which partners are eligIble?

“Eligible Partners” are current Pax8 Partners in good standing that have accepted the Pax8 Partner Terms and who attend the Beyond 2026 flagship event. This discount program is not available for prospective Pax8 Partners or inactive Pax8 Partners.

Terms & Conditions

Eligible Pax8 Partners participating in the Discount Program will be entitled to receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount from the pricing that such Partner would normally receive from eligible Vendors for payments incurred during the Discount Period. The discount will be applied as a credit in each month during the Discount (applied for the following month in which Pax8 renders an invoice). Eligible Pax8 Partners will receive the credit on their billing ledgers as well as a Credit Memo. Credits will backdate to Sunday, June 7, 2026 (so that prorated charges will be captured and applied to July invoice, credited on August invoice, etc.). The Discount Program is not available after the Discount Period expires, including subsequent subscription payments related to products purchased during the Discount Period. Taxes do not qualify for discount. This offer is not redeemable for cash, does not apply to pricing that is not Partner list pricing, nor is it valid towards previous purchases (see Conditions of Availability). The Discount Program may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions directly funded by Pax8 and may not be transferred or assigned whatsoever and may not be applied to annually paid upfront Vendor subscriptions. All other terms and conditions governing the purchase of products offered by eligible Vendors in the Pax8 Marketplace shall be governed by the Pax8 Partner Terms and/or the Specific Product Terms, as applicable. The terms of this Discount Program may be amended or terminated upon notice to Partner. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in the Pax Partner Terms.
