DO I NEED TO BOOK MY OWN FLIGHTS?
Yes. You will be responsible for booking your own airfare.
WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?
Sydney International Airport (SYD). From there, the hotel is approximately 8 kilometers and 15 minutes away.
WILL TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT BE PROVIDED?
There will not be transportation provided to or from the airport.
HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?
Taxis, Uber, Didi or public transportation are all available from the airport arrivals level
To take public transportation, there is a direct bus departing from Sydney International Airport and arriving at Town Hall, Park St, Stand K.
What parking facilities are available at the conference centre?
• Self-parking is offered at a fee at multiple conference hotels and convention centre.
• Valet parking is also available at select hotels.

Will you provide a shuttle to and from the alternate hotels?
There will be no shuttles for Beyond APAC 2027 as all hotels are within walking distance of the event.

What’s included in the Beyond APAC 2027 event pass?
Access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, panels, and booth exhibitions, as well as access to social events, breakfast and lunch.

• Breakfast and lunch on Monday 15 March

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
All conference meals will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer discounts for multiple attendees from the same company?
No. We are not offering discounts for groups of attendees coming from the same company.
Can I bring a plus one?
Yes! You can purchase a Guest Pass, which will provide access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Closing Party for A$299.
Breakout sessions and keynotes are only available for partner registrants.
How do I purchase a Guest Pass?
When you register, you will be given the option to purchase a Guest Pass before checkout.
Guests must be 21+ years old.
Is there a mobile app for the event?
Yes! You will be able to view all event details, connect with fellow attendees and more around two months in advance of the event. This will be launching April 2027.
Can you accommodate people with disabilities?
The venue is ADA-compliant. If you require additional accommodation, please let us know during the registration process.
What is the dress code?
Conference attire is business casual. We do recommend bringing a jumper or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get cold at times.
Is there a Code of Conduct?
Yes. Event participants — whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors or sponsors — shall always conduct themselves with professionalism, and civility and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all.
