DO I NEED TO BOOK MY OWN FLIGHT?
Yes. You will be responsible for booking your own airfare.
DOES PAX8 PROVIDE ANY FLIGHT DISCOUNTS?
Yes. Pax8 is excited to offer discounted fares on both United Airlines and Delta Airlines. Discounts vary based on the purchased fare and are only available on flights to and from Salt Lake City, Utah.

WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?
Salt Lake International Airport (SLC). From there, the hotel is eight miles and approximately 15 minutes away.
WILL TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT BE PROVIDED?
There will not be transportation provided to or from the airport.
HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?
Taxis, Uber, Lyft, or public transportation are all available from the airport.
• Uber, Lyft and Taxi services are available on the ground floor of SLC Airport.
To take public transportation, board the Green Line UTA Trax Rail at the Salt Lake City Airport Station on level one and disembark City Center Trax Station. The cost is $2.50 for a one-way trip.
WHAT PARKING FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CONFERENCE CENTER?
• Self-parking is offered at a fee at multiple conference hotels and convention center.
• Valet parking is also available at select hotels.

Pax8 Beyond will be held at the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
HOW MUCH DOES THE EVENT TICKET COST? ARE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
$299 tickets are available until February 28th, 2026
$399 tickets are available until April 30th, 2026
$499 tickets are the final price of Beyond 2026 tickets.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BEYOND 2026 EVENT PASS?
Access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, panels, and booth exhibitions, as well as access to social events, breakfast, and lunch.
WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED?
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, June 7-9 receptions
• Breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday June 8-9
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
All conference meals will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES FROM THE SAME COMPANY?
No. We are not offering discounts for groups of attendees coming from the same company.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Yes! You can purchase a Guest Pass, which will provide access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Closing Party for $199.
Breakout sessions and Keynotes are only available for partner registrants.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A GUEST PASS?
When you register, you will be given the option to purchase a Guest Pass before checkout. If you have already registered, you can click the “already registered” button on this page. Once logged in, select “click here to modify your registration.”

IS THERE A MOBILE APP FOR THE EVENT?
Yes! You will be able to view all event details, connect with fellow attendees, and more around two months in advance of the event. This will be launching May 2026.

The venue is ADA-compliant. If you require additional accommodations, please let us know during the registration process.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Conference attire is business casual. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get cold at times.

Yes. Event participants—whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, or sponsors—shall always conduct themselves with professionalism and civility and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all.
Event Participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
Pax8 reserves the right to rescind registration or attendance at the event at its discretion for violations of this policy.
