Pax8 is offering its partners a special discount over specified time periods on products that are offered in the Pax8 Marketplace by vendors who are sponsoring Beyond Amsterdam 2025 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

DISCOUNT DETAILS

This special discount will ONLY be available:

• For products offered by vendors with whom a partner has never purchased any products. If a partner has purchased products from such vendor previously, even if not purchased through the Pax8 Marketplace, the special discount will not be available.

• During the specified time periods and for no other time periods.

• Annual paid upfront vendor subscriptions are not eligible.

What's the discount?

A partner participating in this vendor discount program will be entitled to receive 25% off the pricing that a partner would normally receive for such eligible vendors. Discount will be applied as credit for the following month on the Pax8 invoice. Partners will receive credit on their billing ledger as well as a Credit Memo.

What's the duration?

As an attendee partner, the discount will automatically be available to you. The discount is available for the following invoice periods: October 5–October 31, 2025, as well as November 2025, December 2025, and January 2026 (Offer Period).

Which partners are eligible?

Only partners who attend the Beyond Amsterdam 2025 event are eligible for the discount program. This discount is not available for TSD or Agent partners.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

This offer is valid only during the Offer Period and with respect to products sold by Eligible Vendors. The 25% discount will be applied against the Partner list price of new purchases of Products offered by Eligible Vendors in the Pax8 Marketplace during the Offer Period as a credit on the following months invoice. Credits will be configured and made available, which will backdate to Sunday, October 5, 2025 (so that prorated charges will be captured and applied to November invoice, Credited on December Bill, etc. ). The special discount is not available after the Offer Period expires, including for subsequent subscription payments related to Products purchased during the Offer Period. Taxes do not qualify for discount. This offer is not redeemable for cash, does not apply to pricing that is not Partner list pricing, nor is it valid towards previous purchases. This discount may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions and may not be transferred or assigned whatsoever. All other terms and conditions governing the purchase of Products offered by Eligible Vendors in the Pax8 Marketplace shall be governed by the applicable partner agreement between Partner and Pax8. The terms of this discount program may be amended or terminated upon notice to Partner.
